Your host at Saranda's most central hostel is the gregarious, English-speaking Tomi and he does much to give this place its party atmosphere. The 14 beds here are spread over three dorms, each with its own balcony, but sharing one bathroom and a communal kitchen. In Tomi's own words, 'It's not really suitable for couples after privacy'. You've been warned!
It's a little tricky to find as there's no obvious sign, but it's in an apartment block next door to a crêperie, and almost opposite the entrance to the port.
