One to impress, the Glass Garden is canopied by a striking glass dome at the Hotel Schloss Mönchstein, with panoramic city views from on high. The eye-catching centrepiece is a glass sculpture by American artist Dale Chihuly. Chef Markus Meyr creates ingredient-driven sensations such as Wagyu beef with truffle, and turbot and oysters with fennel, algae and lemon – all served with finesse.
