About Amarachi Ekekwe
As a child, my parents moved around the country quite often for work, affording me the wonderful opportunity to explore several cities in Nigeria. I think somewhere in that time, the seeds of adventure were implanted in me. But it wasn’t until I took my first solo international trip in 2013 that they truly blossomed, and I haven’t looked back since. My adventures have now taken me across Nigeria and to many marvellous places around the world. Some of my favourite destinations so far include Morocco, Turkey, and Italy.
I now call Kenya home and I am thoroughly enjoying exploring the country with my husband, Mark, whom I met while travelling in Benin Republic, and our little pup, Blue.
