About Lex
I've lived in five states (Texas, New Jersey, Kentucky, Montana, and Idaho) and traveled far beyond them, eating my way through each city I'm lucky enough to visit. Since 2016, I've reported on the food, art, and culture of the American West, covering everything from beer brewing techniques to grazing rights. I feel most at home in the mountains -- a visit to the Swiss Alps is on my bucket list!
