I'm a freelance writer and editor based in beautiful Brisbane, Australia. I previously lived in Vancouver BC for nearly 9 years, and have travelled extensively in the US and Canada, with particular focus on the Pacific Northwest.
As a communications professional with a broad skill set, I have worked in a range of journalism, public relations, and content marketing roles in Australia and Canada over the past 13 years.
I’ve been creating freelance editorial work for more than a decade, with a focus on travel, the outdoors, design, health, and how people are generally making the world a better place.
I love being outside, and enjoy skiing, hiking, water sports, backpacking and camping. Since having our son in 2019, my husband and I now take holidays at a slightly slower pace but enjoy finding family-friendly activities and staying active.
