Originally from Kildare, Ireland, I’ve been living in London since 2018. When I’m not working as a freelance writer and sub editor, I love exploring the best arts, culture and food the city has to offer, from star-powered West End shows to glittering fashion displays to intimate talks by upcoming authors.
Some of my favourite memories have been trying New Orleans’ sugar-dusted beignets, delving into the Thierry Mugler archive in Paris, dancing with the Abba holograms at their Stockholm museum and following in the footsteps of Daenerys Targaryen through Diocletian’s Palace in Split.
I’ll travel anywhere for a great concert or a must-see exhibition, and for me, no trip is complete without tracking down a truly show-stopping local dessert.
