Set in a converted former warehouse in the Porto das Barcas, this pousada (guesthouse) sports a courtyard full of arts, crafts and bric-a-brac, and has rather cute little rooms with flagstone floors and small bathrooms. It's best to fork out a little bit extra for the superior rooms which are brighter and more spacious.
