Jahoo Gibbon Camp

Top choice

At this tented camp in the Keo Seima Wildlife Sanctuary, rates include Khmer meals and primate treks in the forest to spot rare yellow-cheeked crested gibbons and more common black-shanked doucs. Overnight tours sleeping in the camp's comfortable sheltered tents are possible through Sam Veasna Center, which is good for extended stays, or The Hangout, which works for quick gibbon trips.

Humanitarian organisation World Hope International (www.worldhope.org) began working with the local Bunong community in 2019 to enhance infrastructure at the camp, with plans for more upscale lodging and facilities. Check for the latest updates at Hefalump Cafe.
