A 1960 bronze commemorating Sir Frederick Arthur Stanley, the man who gave his name to the park plus the National Hockey League's top trophy, the Stanley Cup. Peruse the plaque underneath, part of Stanley's stirring speech when he officially dedicated the park in 1889: "To the use and enjoyment of people of all colours, creeds and customs for all time."
