Without doubt the plushest place to stay (and dine) on the whole of PEI, this swanky inn is the domain of celebrity chef Michael Smith. Built in 1913 as a 20-hectare summer residence for Broadway playwright Elmer Harris and family, it's been renovated with serious style. There's a choice of palatial rooms in the main inn or the attached towers.
