A great little bar across the road from the seafront, Le Cactus has a variety of beers and good cocktails. There's food, too – it's called tapas in Gabon, but is really a snack like beef kebabs (CFA3000) or chicken thighs (CFA5500). There's a set salad of the day at CFA9500.
