To see the ovens in action, visit in the morning and eat the biscuits (€16.50 per kg) – not sealed, simply wrapped in waxy royal-blue paper and tied with string – within five days.

Note summer hours: the boutique is closed on Sundays from early July to September, plus three weeks in August.
