Given that Tapachula is the gateway to the Coffee Route (Chiapas' coffee fincas), it's surprising how few contemporary cafes there are here. Thanks to Buenas DÃaz, coffee snobs can enjoy a good brew. The interior has funky timber decor and the baristas (yes, it's a word here!) produce some fabulous coffees in line with third wave coffee trends.
