Provenance is everything at this restaurant in Staro Selo, just west of town and one of the best in the country. Menus change with the seasons and showcase produce from Chef Ana's garden, plus berries, trout, mushrooms, cheese, meat and fish delivered by local farmers. The resulting dishes are innovative and delicious, and ably paired with top-notch wines. Service is first class.
