‘The Forks’ is run by a friendly young team. This scarlet-walled bistro does a roaring trade in fish and meat mains, montaditos (mini–open sandwiches) and creative world-roaming tapas – from red-tuna sashimi with soy emulsion to fancied-up patatas bravas and tortilla of potato and sobrassada. Specials are chalked up on the board, complemented by Balearic wines.
