A legendary rural hotel that's hosted the likes of Freddie Mercury, Grace Jones, Bon Jovi and Bianca Jagger (and is where Wham! filmed its 'Club Tropicana' video), Pikes has been an A-list haven for decades. The Ibiza Rocks team has injected a dose of 21st-century energy into the 15th-century farmhouse – now Pikes is once again one of Ibiza's coolest hang-outs.

The line-ups are fantastic, with DJ Harvey resident in 2017 and appearances from the likes of Greg Wilson and Crazy P, as well as after-parties, gigs, flamenco shows and Sunday lunches. Pikes is simply a great place to party, with huge open-air terraces, a karaoke room and an intimate dance floor. Rooms cost from €270.
