Party people need only apply at this lively, well-run hostel a few minutes from the beach. Fairly simple six- to 10-bed dorms (including all-female) are enhanced by myriad activities on offer, including nights out to bars and clubs. Located on site, SoCal Cantina doles out tasty tacos and tropical cocktails, plus there's a small front deck overlooking the sidewalk.
