Taste of Belgium

Cincinnati

The Belgian-born chef here started his career making waffles at Findlay Market, and has now branched out to running four full-fledged bistros around town. This one is in a bustling section of Over-the-Rhine. The chicken-and-waffle dish wins the prize for deliciousness, and there’s a whopping selection of Belgian and local craft beers to help it go down.

The crepes and burgers are also good. Reservations are a good idea since the handsome room is pretty small.
