Printing Museum

Houston

This often-missed gem traces the history of printing from its advent until the early newspaper era. Rare and unusual printed works include the Dharani Scroll (dating from AD 764) and papers printed on historical dates – the Titanic disaster, JFK's assassination and the invasion of Pearl Harbor.

Due to fire damage sustained in 2016, museum tours currently offered by appointment only. Scheduled to fully reopen in January 2018.
